本書主要介紹了數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的理論框架、邏輯體系和實(shí)踐價(jià)值,是從產(chǎn)業(yè)視角研究數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)的入門教材。本書包含了三部分,一是基礎(chǔ)篇,主要介紹了數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)的基本概念,解讀了數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)涵與發(fā)展趨勢(shì);二是理論篇,分別從產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論、網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)、平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)、公司治理和運(yùn)營管理等方面介紹數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)理論的知識(shí)體系;三是實(shí)踐篇,從數(shù)字貿(mào)易、數(shù)字金融、元宇宙產(chǎn)業(yè)和人工智能等領(lǐng)域解讀數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)實(shí)踐,系統(tǒng)地對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)踐進(jìn)行提煉和總結(jié)。本書希望系統(tǒng)介紹數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)的知識(shí)體系和基本理論,并深入探討數(shù)字技術(shù)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響,通過豐富的案例和數(shù)據(jù)分析,幫助學(xué)生深入理解數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)的核心理論和實(shí)踐應(yīng)用,提高他們的思辨能力和創(chuàng)新能力。
牛志勇,上海財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)副教授,上海交通大學(xué)管理學(xué)博士,美國麻省理工學(xué)院斯隆管理學(xué)院訪問學(xué)者,上海"晨光學(xué)者”,主要研究方向?yàn)椋簲?shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì),大數(shù)據(jù)理論及應(yīng)用,營銷模型。主持參與國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、上海市政府重點(diǎn)決策項(xiàng)目20多項(xiàng),發(fā)表相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)論文30余篇。
